According to Merriam-Webster dictionary, elope means: to run away secretly with the intention of getting married usually without parental consent. Traditionally, this is what couples did when they were in love. Modern day elopements are a little different.

Modern day elopements consist of couples wanting an intimate and romantic wedding with just themselves or a small group of friends and family. These types of elopements are well planned just as traditional wedding.

 Small Wedding

A celebration for your closest family and friends with a maximum of 50 guests. This package includes everything from our elopement package  and:

A Mini-Cocktail Reception including

• Cocktail Hour

• Three- course plated Dinner

• Decor

• Staff

Month of Coordination

This package includes, but is not limited to:

• In person detail meeting to review all details, plans, and contracts

• Unlimited phone and email communication leading up to your wedding day

• Site work through with your venue coordinator to discuss event details

• Vendor contract review and confirmations the month prior to your event creation of wedding day itinerary and finalizing all floor plans, menus, and any specific logistics for the day of

• Management and coordination of vendors, timeline, logistics, bridal party, guest, and last-minute changes

• Supervision of wedding rehearsal, ceremony set up, and reception set up

• On-site supervision of the photo session

• Responsible for all vendor contact beginning four weeks prior to the event to confirm wedding day arrangements and finalize the day of schedule.

• Ceremony rehearsal coordination and execution.

• Choreographing the processional and ceremony

• Onsite contact for all vendors, liaison between the venue, bride & groom.

• Event set up and design, partnering with your florist, rental company, and event space to execute wedding decor. Will work to oversee tear down and return of all items back to the appropriate vendors.
